There are two types of Nonprofit Leaders Network Memberships:

• Your organization will be listed in the Network Directory - a site that is visited on average 80 times a day from people and organizations looking for nonprofit contact information.
• You will have access to the Nonprofit Job Opportunity site to help your organization recruit talented board members, interns and paid staff. This site is advertised to local schools, colleges, businesses, clubs and faith-based organizations in our area. 
• You'll have access to the Volunteer Connection website - a place where you can list all of your volunteer needs. This site is visited 150 daily by local volunteers looking for their perfect volunteer opportunity. On average, 75% of organizations that list a volunteer opportunity on the Volunteer Connection find a volunteer in three weeks.
• Free download of the annually updated Media List - which features local, regional and state media contact information.
• You'll RECEIVE list-serv emails for general audiences. Sponsoring Members will email you information about upcoming events, educational opportunities and share resources with you.  
• You will be invited to one Networking Meeting a year - where you can join with your colleagues from other organizations and learn about all that's new with the Network.
• You will be invited to join Leaders Circles, special sharing opportunities in smaller, more intimate groups about critical issues related to capacity, fundraising and service delivery.
• Access to the educational opportunities in Grant Writing, Nonprofit Management Certification and Nonprofit Leadership Certification at the Patrick Henry Community College.
• Access to Network consultants and facilitators. See the Network's Consultations available. (Free members pay $75/hour for each facilitation and consultation).
• Access to Network Workshops throughout the year. See this year's Workshop Schedule (Free Members pay $5 - $25 per person depending on the workshop).

Sponsoring Member Benefits
For a small fee based on your organization's operating budget, Sponsoring Members have the opportunity to utilize over $12,000 worth of resources:

• Free Workshop Registration for as many staff as space allows.
• Free assessment of your organization. The assessment is followed by recommendations to increase your organization's capacity, fundraising, staffing, volunteer recruitement, policies and procedures, etc.

• Free invitation to the monthly Nonprofit Leaders Networking Meetings, ten a year.
• Invitation to the Network's Annual Celebration Luncheon in December. Several area foundations and funders are also invited for you to introduce yourself and your organization. Speakers for this event have included the Editor of the Chronicle of Philanthropy, Vice President of the Anne E. Casey Foundation and the Executive Vice President of the Council on Foundations in Washington D.C.
• The chance to boast your organization's successes in the Member's Only Success! Book. This book is shared with foundations, local and state media, the Chronicle of Philanthropy and major donors.
• Free use of Zoomerang Online Survey Tool (a $400 value!)
• Free use of the Nonprofit Leaders List-Serv – an email tool that helps you reach every nonprofit director in the community to share resources, ask questions, collaborate and learn about timely news in the sector. You can choose to send the email just to Sponsoring Members or to all members of the Network.

• Free "Members Only" management seminars and access to expert consultants in the areas of Finance, Fundraising and Program Evaluation.
• Access to the Technology Room, a site that offers donated and discounted hardware and sofware, technology advisors and assessment tools and information about free shareware and technology classes.
• Your Own Research Assistant - the Network will search any information you're looking for!
• Access to the Research and Nonprofit Contacts Links - over 100 links of resources AND nonprofit research updated monthly.
• Free Grant Proposal review - send your grant proposal to the Network and we will send it on to a professional grantwriter for review. 100% of proposals that have been reviewed through this program have received funding!
• Free Grant Assistance - the Network will work with your organization to help you find programs and services that are most likely to be funded through a foundation.
